Acceptance of order

The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our Site does not constitute acceptance of an order, even if payment is taken

Your right To Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time before the expiry of 7 days from the day after the date of delivery, goods not yet delivered please refer to the "contact us" page "order cancellations" section.

Please note that if your order has been processed we are unable to cancel it and therefore return costs are at your expense. 
If the delivery address refuse delivery of the goods or if you do not respond to the "sorry we missed you" card left by your driver, your order will be returned to the sender (ukdj.com) and you will be charged for the return of the order.

Please note APC Express returns charges: £15 up to 10 kilos and 48p per kilo thereafter.

Wrong Delivery Address Inputted

If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, ukdj.com cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.

Hassle-Free Returns - Product RMA Number (Returns Number)

You may of course return any items purchased from ukdj.com within 7 days, but please contact us for a RMA number.
Please note - We cannot accept any returns without a RMA (Returns Number).  Returns costs are at your expense.

Product Guarantee

All items purchased from www.soundlightuk.com are covered by a at least 12 months guarantee unless otherwise stated.
We will exchange or repair any product if it displays a manufacturing fault within 6 months.
If it displays a manufacturing fault after 6 months but within the guarantee period we will repair or send spare parts to you free of charge.
Accidental damage and damaged caused by misuse is not covered by this guarantee and therefore a charge will be made. 
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights

We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. All sizes and weights given as a guide only and are approximate. Representations of colour are approximate due to the limitations of photographic and calibrations of different output devices. All goods are subject to availability. If sold out, free offers may be substituted with an item of the same value.
