I own a disco Companyand have about 8 of these and never had a problem ..however cheap and very basic controller ..what more do you want all the customer wants is flashing lights.
This product is not worth the money

the problems start after using it more than once, it starts to blow fuses and burn out channels till all 4 channels are dead.
